Shipping and Shop Policy

Prices are charged in GBP, all orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail or UPS.
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, please check over the items and shipping address carefully to avoid any future inconveniences.
For any amendments, please contact me immediately via email (email@example.com) or using the shop contact form.
Customers are responsible for any incorrect or missing (address) information, I am unable to alter your order once it has been dispatched.
All orders are final once dispatched, no exchanges, refunds or returns.
For any issues regarding your package, please contact me directly and I'll do my best to help!
Tracking is NOT provided with the Standard Air Mail or Economy Mail options, you MUST select the Tracked Air Mail option at checkout to receive a tracking number.
Customers who select Standard or Economy shipping are aware that the order cannot be tracked or traced, therefore under the rare circumstance that a package is lost/stolen/damaged, I cannot be held liable (though I will do my best to assist)! If you have any problems with an International Tracked package, then please contact me with your tracking and order number!
Due to weight restrictions, parcels cannot exceed:
- UK: 5kg
- US: 3kg
- Everywhere else: 2kg
If there are no shipping options at checkout, please adjust the amount of items in your cart or feel free to contact me for alternative shipping options for heavier orders.
Under current circumstances, shipping estimates from dispatch date can be found below via the links and vary depending on the destination:
UK (1st class): 1-5 working days
International Tracked (air mail): 3-7 business days*
International Economy (surface-mail, eligible purchases only): 14-90 days**
Parcelforce (US only): 4-9 days
*due to the pandemic, if your order hasn't arrived after 12 weeks (18 weeks for economy**), please contact me directly and I can help arrange some options for a replacement/partial refund following my store policy. Further info can be found at: https://www.royalmail.com/
Please note that some orders might incur custom fees which could also affect the delivery time. Make sure you understand your country's custom fees before placing an order, as these are not included in the price of shipping and must be covered by you (if any). NOTE TO EU BUYERS, now that the UK has left the EU, packages could be subject to custom charges, please research your own country's regulations before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees.
